the selections of 1918 the andalucismo appears for the first time,
Blas Infante appears by the electoral district of Gaucín, to which
its native town belonged, but it retires when seeing as the domination
and influence of a cacique annulled any possibility of victory. In
June of 1919 it returns to appear again by Gaucín as well as by Seville,
within a called candidacy " Democratic Candidacy Andalusian ". Blas
Infante raises in the campaign a message only centered in Andalusia
and will say: " the Earth of Andalusia is of all the Andalusians whom
they love to work it ", in spite of the made effort the candidate
anticipated by the caciquil system won that obtained 5,077 votes,
Blas Infante obtained a good voting for the circumstances: 1,928 votes,
and third candidate only 52. |
